I had a mixed experience at Hostal Caracol. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions, and the staff were very kind and helpful. However, my room left much to be desired with poor insonorization and some maintenance issues that weren't addressed during my stay.

I had a lovely stay at Hostal Caracol. it's a charming little boutique hotel right off the main strip of Bellavista, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The room was spacious and filled with light, and the sheets were exceptionally comfortable. While I had a small issue with breakfast—some stale bread and an off plate of watermelon—the waffles were a good surprise.
